It's close to lots of shopping, restaurants, entertainment and just a few miles to the downtown Athens scene as well as the UGA Campus and Stadium. This home features TONS of outdoor living as well as a cozy interior atmosphere.

IMPORTANT: This is NOT a party house. We offer a comfortable, spacious home with lots of outdoor entertainment area.
