HOA NOTE RE: CONSTRUCTION: From August 2023 to January 2025, the association has planned exterior stucco, painting, and window replacement work. Rest assured, this won't disrupt your condo or pool facilities use. While some noise may occur beyond our control, we want to be upfront. If any noise affects your stay, we'll gladly refund a percentage of your booking (excluding cleaning fees, etc.) to make up for any inconvenience.
