Granite countertops, warm decor with beautiful furniture. Owner allows mature guests who know how to take care of other's property. No smoking anywhere in this unit (including on the balcony).

This is a dog friendly unit. No cats. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed to stay in this unit. Please note dogs are not allowed on the beach in front of Seachase, but they are allowed at designated dog beach areas and the closest one is about 1 mile east of Seachase at the pier at Pier Park.

We provide 4 beach chairs with sunshades in the unit for our guests to take to the beach at your leisure.

Seachase is located only a mile from great dining and shopping at Peir Park and only a couple of miles from Frank Brown Park where most softball and baseball tournaments are held.
