This superb apartment, renovated and carefully decorated, of approximately 50m² for 4 people, is located in the Béluga residence in Quiberon. Beach and shops less than a kilometer away.

It consists :

- A living room/lounge with sofa bed, a table, chairs and television,
- An open and equipped kitchen (mini-oven, microwave, electric hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with small freezer, kettle, toaster and Senseo pod + classic coffee maker),
- A bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine,
- separate WC,
Upstairs :
- A sea view bedroom with a 160 cm bed and cupboards.

12m² west-facing terrace with garden furniture. WIRELESS. Pet no accepted. Private parking number 7 in the residence. Accommodation equipped with duvets.

Consumption package extra (40€/week) except from May 22 to September 25, 2027.
Optional: rental of linen, childcare equipment et end-of-stay cleaning 100€.

Appartement propre très lumineux dans la pièce comme dans la chambre avec une vue magnifique sur la côte sauvage très proche Parking dans la résidence et centre de Quiberon accessible facilement à pied.Seul petit bémol la cuisine à changer le reste est parfait.Très bon sejour

Attention escalier à la Mezzanine un peu trop raideVoisinage calme mais insonorisation de l’immeuble moyenne. Stationnement réservé et très facile. Vue magnifique et terrasse très agréable qui justifie de louer cet appartement.
