Privileged location of this house for 4 people quiet, 400 m from the port and the beach, 150m from shops and pedestrian streets and 150m from the dune path in the forest.

Sunny garden and terrace facing south to fully enjoy the holidays.

Linen and towels are not provided but possibility to rent via the concierge.

- Fully equipped and functional kitchen: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee makers and percolator, kettle, toaster, gas hob, oven, microwave.

- Bedroom 1: one bed 160

- Bedroom 2, bunk beds and another single bed (trundle bed)

- Shower room with washing machine and WC

- Several parking spaces in the private driveway

- Large terrace with table and chairs, awning, gas plancha, table tennis, deckchairs



The cleaning will be done after your departure so that you can enjoy the place and the beach until the end.

Logement fonctionnel, bien équipé, agréable et emplacement au top et calme. Renouveler le mobilier extérieur, chaises,tables et transats confortables ainsi que la literie en 160 qui commence à avoir des signes de vieillissement.
