This chalet allows you to enjoy the 580 km of slopes linked by 172 ski lifts of the vast Portes du Soleil area while remaining quiet on the hiking trails of the Aulps valley. The proximity of the internationally renowned resorts of Morzine-Avoriaz and Les Gets offers many night-time activities while the tranquility of St Jean d'Aulps will allow you, if you are lucky, to contemplate at night the deer eating the acorns under the oak tree in the garden.<br>The accommodation<br>Authentic and quiet private chalet of 70m2 close to activities, shops and transport ideally located in the centre of the village of St Jean d'Aulps belonging to the vast domain Des Portes Du Soleil.<br>Its exceptional location offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the village, the valley, the three mountains and the resort of La Terche.<br>The chalet has a very large open garden located 150m above the tourist office and a private courtyard that can accommodate four vehicles.<br>The shuttle bus stop for the resorts of La Terche (St Jean d'Aulps), Morzine - Avoriaz and Les Gets is located at the Tourist Office 150 m away.<br>The three-room chalet can accommodate six people. It can be accessed by stairs or lift. It is composed on the 1st floor of a veranda, a kitchen open to a living-dining room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a ski room on the ground floor.<br>The south-facing veranda is equipped with a bar area with tables and high chairs.<br>The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a living-dining room with enough crockery to be practical and comfortable.<br>In the living room you will find a lounge area with a view of the mountain including a large full HD TV with wifi, Nexflix and Amazon Video subscriptions.<br>The master bedroom with mountain view is equipped with a double bed, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a full HD TV.<br>The children's room sleeps four and is furnished with two single beds on the mezzanine and a sofa bed and a full HD TV.
