This adorable garden level condo has been completely remodled and offers granite counter tops, new stainless appliances, luxury vynal planking, tiled walk in shower and so much more. Located13 minutes from the TIEC, and a short drive to Tryon, Hendersonville, Edneyville and the Blue Ridge Mountains so many adventures await. Also, for the traveling healthcare providers, we are only 5 minutes from Rutherford Hospital. We installed a plumbing system designed specifically for a garden level home. It may be slightly louder than a standard system but do not be concerned, it works great. The private outside patio has an attractive pergola, grill and fire pit - perfect for everything from just relaxing to making smores.
