The home was beautiful and clean. Nice views. Definitely quiet peaceful neighborhood. Nice wildlife. Enjoyed our stay. If we had come with children I would have been a bit upset with the safety, as the retaining wall is clearly giving way, which is the only reason I gave good instead of excellent.

Thank you, Tanya! We’re so glad you enjoyed the home, the views, wildlife, and peaceful setting. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We did want to provide a little additional context regarding the retaining wall. We are aware of the issue and already have a contractor lined up to complete the necessary work; we are currently waiting for the project to begin. In the meantime, the area has been roped off to prevent guests from walking near the wall and does not interfere with the home or the areas available for guests to enjoy. Since your reservation did not include any registered children, we did not specifically reach out regarding the wall prior to your stay. Had children been included on the reservation, we would have made sure to communicate the situation and precautions beforehand. We take the safety and experience of our guests seriously and look forward to having the project completed soon. This was a great spot to get away with the family for a few days. Very nicely appointed inside and out, great space, great views, just the right distance from town to be remote but still close to everything Blue Ridge has to offer. We'll definitely be looking to visit this property again.

Brandon was by far the most accommodating and responsive host I've ever worked with. I clumsily tried to add an additional day at the front end of my booking when our schedule changed, and he guided me through the process effortlessly. He responds to messages almost immediately. The house is great. It sits at the end of a dead end street so there's no traffic to worry about and the views are unparalleled.Stop scrolling and book this cabin. You'll be happy you did.

The perfect mountain cabin! The views are stunning (especially from the hot tub) and there is plenty of space for everyone. We were a group of eight women and we thoroughly enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, the clean bedrooms and bathrooms and the comfy couches.

Beautiful cabin, panoramic views, fireplaces, a fire pit, hot tub, comfy beds, a big comfy couch…the most PERFECT mountain getaway! A quick easy 20 minute scenic drive into Blue Ridge. Brandon was a wonderful host who replied quickly to the couple of questions that I had during our stay.

This rental checked all the boxes of what we were looking for. The view was breathtaking, the drive to the cabin was very easy, the kitchen was well stocked, very clean and plenty of room for our group of 7. Memories were made that will last a lifetime!

Amazing

Everything about this place is amazing. The views from the cabin is even better than the pictures. Love the master bedroom showers, kitchen, play room, and the outdoor fireplace. Every level has a great view. Will definitely rent this cabin again. Everyone in my group love this place! Will be the only cabin I rent for now on.

Gem on the Rocks

We had a fantastic stay at On the Rocks. The house was situated with a beautiful view and all the amenities needed for three couples on a getaway weekend. the house has everything - it's really well stocked and a great floor plan. We enjoyed hiking nearby, the hot tub, Pool table, outdoor fireplace and the superb kitchen. Great for families, friends, couples etc,

Long weekend getaway!

This home is truly beautiful and the pictures do not do the place justice! The view from the wrap-around deck is breathtaking! The house is so cozy. We loved the outdoor area with the tv to watch football. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and board games! We would definitely love to book with them again when we are back in Blue Ridge!

Amazing property with beautiful views!

We loved our stay and will definitely be back! Brandon was wonderful and very responsive throughout the entire process. The cabin is well stocked with everything you need. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy quiet time but also a wonderful gathering space for family dinners and games. The location is perfect with easy access to downtown Blue Ridge. Zero complaints!

Going All Out Cabin

Perfect place for larger groups or multi families. Has everything… big kitchen and family room, jacuzzi, fire pit, multi level decks, privacy, W/D and a romp room for the younger crowd. Oh, and amazing views of course. So well stocked you don’t need much. Very clean and inviting. Deer are prevalent and a quiet community. You’ll love it!!!

Beautiful views, our favorite outdoor spot was the fireplace sitting area on the top deck near the kitchen. We had many s’mores. Cleanliness was 10/10! Kids enjoyed the play space downstairs and the large swing outside. We really liked the floor plan of the cabin. We plan to be back!

Literally perfect!

Our stay was amazing. The property is beautiful just like the pictures. Brandon is the best host I have ever encountered. We had everything we needed so we could spend more time enjoying and appreciating the atmosphere. The drive up was not bad at all and one of our guests drove a small sedan up. If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would!

Best Views and accommodations

We had a great stay at this beautiful, very well appointed home! The pictures of the home and the view don’t do it justice. It’s even better. Our party of 8 was 10 years old to 73 years old and everyone enjoyed every minute of our stay! The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The welcome book in the house was great and very helpful for us re: ideas of things to do with driving directions included for hikes etc. I can’t express how much we loved the gorgeous view from this home!
