Welcome to the ideal House for couples, working vacations, or families. Our House is Located 10 blocks from the historic Whiskey Row, a short 30 minute walk, 5 minute drive or $6 dollar Uber. You'll love the great proximity to all that Prescott has to offer but still appreciate the privacy of our quiet hidden House.

Other things to note
We appreciate that guests love the decor in our home, so much so that, occasionally guests take some of our decor home with them! We have also had guests sneak pets onto the property without talking to us first about it. Due to the frequency of this occurring we have been forced to add a security deposit to cover damages to the home and missing decor and extra cleaning fees resulting from pets staying on the premises.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great place for a large get together

We had a wonderful stay at the Killington big house with our 21 person group. Plenty of space to prepare meals, dine together, play together and many rooms for us to spread out.

Clean and cozy. It would benefit from better cookware and a few more glasses and flatware but overall nice. Needs a new screen for patio door. And curtains that can completely cover the windows. Blackout would be great. But 3 bathrooms! Very nice that she doesn’t require you to strip the linens. Question. Why do so many places have ultra high mattresses? Very hard to get in and out of bed

Great place!

Beautifully decorated and we really enjoyed the fireplace. The outdoor space is nice also. This rental is probably one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in and that’s very important to me. I would suggest buying a few thicker pillows for the beds. We really enjoyed our Prescott visit.

A home away from home

This house is a wonderful place to accommodate a small group with plenty of privacy and a nice large common area to all regroup and discuss the day's events. Lovely decor and clean, modern bathrooms! This was our 3rd year staying here for an annual dart event in Prescott. Will plan to stay again next year!

Great experience for my family. My parents, who are mobility limited, found entering the back patio door was easiest. Clean, nicely decorated, stocked with key amenities. Not far from downtown. I’ll look to come back to Mi Casa Su Casa the next time I’m in the Prescott area.
