Each unit has a private lanai, washer and dryer, AC in the living room and ceiling fans throughout. It also has Cable TV and high speed internet service. Walk across the street from your Kihei Akahi condominium to the white sands of Kamaole II at this premier vacation community. Kihei Akahi offers 240 units perfectly suited for vacation rental programs, all of which have access to luxury amenities including two pools, barbecue areas and tennis courts. Guests can explore nearby shops, restaurants and local businesses within walking distance in the heart of Kihei, or venture to the resort areas of Wailea and Makena for championship golf courses and fine dining. There is a 7 night minimum and check in is Sat to Sat . There is a $200.00 cleaning fee. All reservations will be automatically charged a processing fee on total amount of rental. Great! Could be better...

The condo is in an amazing area for activities and enjoyment. Between the beach and pool it’s awesome! In addition the housekeeping and management were outstanding. However, not having air conditioning in the bedroom was not a great convenience. We only use the AC for sleeping and it’s located in the living room. Just be prepared for temperature changes.

Easy and Convenient!

My friend and I went on a last minute Maui girls trip, and were so pleased with the location and ease of check in. The location was right across the street from the beach, so within minutes we were sitting on the provided beach chairs soaking up the sun. It also was a mile from Wailea and the Kihei bar scene which was fun. It was the perfect condo with spacious living room, easy parking and also a pool. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
