Kalama Terrace P-307, located a short walk from Kihei’s stunning Kamaole I Beach, this tropical retreat is an amazing value – it’s clean, beautifully decorated, and has AC, smart ROKU TVs for streaming, Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen. It hosts four with comfortable Queen bed and fresh sleeper sofa. 

Experience the essence of paradise in this delightful 1-bedroom condo at Kalama Terrace, perfectly perched on the third floor for tranquil ambiance overlooking the courtyard pool. Whether you're a couple seeking a romantic getaway or a solo adventurer ready to explore all that South Maui offers, this cozy retreat promises comfort and convenience.

Featuring a prime location in the heart of South Maui, Kalama Terrace P-307 offers an unbeatable location for your Hawaiian adventure. Just steps away from the golden sands of Kalama Beach Park, known for its pristine shores and fantastic surf. Sip your morning coffee or savor a glass of wine at sunset on your private lanai. Take a refreshing dip in the community pool, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, to cool off after a day of exploring.

Located a half-block off South Kihei Road, in a quiet and low-density complex with a sparkling pool, this vacation condo has everything you need for your cost-efficient Maui adventure. It’s centrally located in South Kihei’s beach community, a close walk to coffee, a dozen restaurants, shopping, and night life.  

Snorkel and swim with the protection of warm-water Kamaole I Beach, which adjoins local favorite Charlie Young. Follow the beach for miles along the south shore’s picturesque beach path. Rent standup paddleboards, kayaks, and surfboards a block away – take a surf lesion at South Kihei’s best surf break, The Cove, located two blocks from the unit.  

This immaculate property, managed by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler. Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time.  If you have a late flight out, we recommend booking an extra night to accommodate your schedule.  Mahalo for understanding.

We very much enjoyed our stay at #307 Kalama Terrace. The condo is very well furnished, kitchen, beach stuff, etc, plenty of comfortable seating. The property was very quiet during our stay, only a few people other than us frequented the pool. Highly recommend this property. If we find ourselves back in Kihei we will stay here again.

It was quiet and well maintained. I think it’s the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in - truly! The kitchen had everything we needed, and sure appreciated the beach towels and chairs. It was in a quieter part of town, too. We visited the pool a few times and that was also great. Very happy with our stay!

Great apartment. Within walking distance to the beach, souvenir market and lots of restaurants. Host was responsive to our correspondence. Beach supplies are a great touch. Really enjoyed having coffee on the cozy balcony and the pool was popular with our kids. Would recommend.

We have stayed at Kalama Terrace many times in multiple units. P307 is a good choice there. It was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We do love the buildings location and especially the access to beaches and South Maui Gardens.

Amenities were as advertised, with no surprises (which is definitely a good thing). Location was even stocked with some reef safe sunscreen (probably from previous guests). We were just a few minutes walk from an ABC store for supplies, the food truck park, and the beach, so A for the location A couple of items needed repairs, but did not bother our stay in any way, and the host will be fixing them for the next stay. The host was highly responsive, with replies within minutes, and an extensive communication plan was laid out with all the stay instructions easy to find in one big email. Only ruffle in our stay was that. We extended our stay for a late checkout/evening flight and we got auto locked out by the system, but within 15minutes we had our door unlocked with a new access code. If you're changing your original stay length, make sure they extend your door code as well!

Great location near Charley young beach & Food Oasis (food carts and gardens) a

Great, clean, quiet condo with AC and nice pool. Awesome location walkable to Charley Young beach off the road and near food truck oasis and restaurants. Loved it and so did our 16 year old:) Near cute local shops too. We walked everywhere but also drove over to Waimea and Makena beaches which are a few miles away.
