Very nice cottage, clean and well maintained. The view of the lake when you walk in the cottage is amazing. We had a few really hot days but it was nice sitting in the shade by the lake. One morning while enjoying our coffee an eagle flew over and the purple martins where very entertaining.

This is by far the best place we have stayed. Room for six of us to sleep, eat and enjoy the backyard, the house is spotless, well maintained and beautifully appointed. The view from the house and yard of the Lake is breathtaking. We played cornhole, made smores, and all settled in for a late night movie together. Very special place that helped make a special weekend spectacular. Thank you to Linda and Scott!

Why they chose this property

It was to be a future retirement home and we couldn't do that just yet. It was the perfect size and location for what we were looking for. We are so excited to be able to provide a little escape for friends and families to enjoy beautiful lakeside living with everything provided but the guests.

What makes this property unique

Residential neighborhood provides private and quite place to enjoy the lake and all it has to offer. Cottage is only 30 minutes from Cleveland and almost equally distanced from Geneva on the Lake that provides a very fun touristy day trip for the family. Mentor on the Lake is a small community but provides everything you could ever want from your vacation.
