Located in the Beauregard residence in Erquy, this 20 m² studio accommodates up to 2 guests next to the central beach. The residence has a lift and pedestrian access to the seafront boulevard.

The south-facing living area combines the dining space and lounge. The sofa bed makes it easy to organise both sleeping arrangements and quieter moments after a day exploring the coast.

The kitchenette is suitable for preparing everyday meals: 2 electric hobs, extractor hood, sink, filter coffee maker, kettle, pressure cooker, oven and microwave.

The bathroom includes a bathtub, washbasin with storage and toilet.

The south-facing terrace extends the living space whenever the weather allows. With a table for 4 guests and a glimpse of the sea, it is suitable for breakfast or relaxed evenings after the beach.

Parking is available in the street.

The central beach is approximately 25 metres away. Restaurants are approximately 250 metres away, the fishing harbour approximately 450 metres away and shops approximately 750 metres away. From the studio, guests can easily alternate between beach outings, seafront walks and discovering Cap d'Erquy.
