This recently updated lower-level unit features fresh furnishings and warm, welcoming décor designed for comfort and relaxation. Primary parking is conveniently located off the back alley, with two designated spots for this unit. The backyard is shared with the upstairs unit and offers patio seating plus a fun putting green—putters included for your enjoyment.



Home layout:

Enter the home to find the dining area and fully equipped kitchen on your left. To the right, the living room provides plenty of comfortable seating centered around a smart TV—perfect for gathering with family or friends. Continue down the hallway to the primary bedroom, located through the first door on the right, featuring a luxurious king bed. Across the hall is a full bathroom with a washer and dryer, complete with detergent and dryer sheets. At the end of the hallway are two additional bedrooms, each offering a cozy queen bed.
