Perfectly arranged on 36m2, we wanted to offer beautiful services with a light and refined decoration.
The terrace is very quiet, since it is not overlooked and faces a courtyard and gardens.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning of course, but also a television, with an internet box, so wifi is included in very high speed.
The living room is equipped with a 2-seater sofa bed.
The bedroom is equipped with a 2-seater bed 160*200 and storage.
The kitchen is equipped of course (oven, washing machine, nespresso coffee machine, microwave, kettle, fridge, etc.).
Electric roller shutter offering total darkness at night if needed.

Ideally located in the heart of the city centre, very quiet, new T2, 1st floor of a beautiful residence, with lift:
- 700m from Bonnegrâce beach
- 400m from the port, its daily market and its shops
- 300m from the pedestrian streets and the Galli theatre

Secure closed GARAGE: everything is done on foot!! Leave your car in our closed box in the basement and enjoy the beach and Sanary-sur-mer on foot!

Dès que nous sommes entrés dans ce petit appartement, nous nous sommes sentis à l'aise car il est accueillant: sa décoration est sobre et harmonieuse, il y règne une belle lumière, et par la grande baie vitrée, nous pouvions voir la verdure des frondaisons proches.Puis nous avons découvert qu'il est d'une propreté méticuleuse, calme et fonctionnel.Et, essentiel, le propriétaire, Jérémy, qui répond promptement a tout message, est souriant, affable, a l'écoute, généreux de son temps pour répondre à nos besoins et questions possibles.Nous ne pouvons, mon mari et moi, que recommander vivement cette location dans notre famille et à nos amis. D'ailleurs, nous la retiendrons pour un prochain séjour.Marie-France et Raphaël , 12 /7/25
