I want to begin this review by stating that we booked our accommodation 6 months in advance. It was very important for us to have these accommodations as we had concert tickets and were flying in from canada. We were confirmed rigCanada. And so thought everything was good to go. Three nights before we were due to check in we had received no instructions. So I reached out to host. No response. I called Expedia who tried to reach the host and eventually called me back stating the host had canceled. The host did not bother to let us know directly and they left us with such little notice to rebook something that we were left in great distress. Not an Ideal state when you are about to fly 7000km. This nearly ruined an event that we had been looking forward to for 6 months. I cannot understate the emotional distress this host has caused me. This took years off my life.
