Enjoy a beautiful heated pool and spa in the beautiful springs historic district walking distance from Jackson Pollack's house. There is a fire pit in the big, private back yard. The property is located on one acre of land with a long driveway. This is a spacious four bedroom two and half bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances. 6 miles to main street in East Hampton Village, 5.7 miles to Amagansett Village (main street), 15 miles to Montauk. Lots to do all year round.

We are a family of four from Rockville Centre, NY. We love coming out to the hamptons to decompress and enjoy the beauty of the beaches, delicous food, amazing shopping and culture. I love hosting because it lets other people/families enjoy the hamptons/springs.
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is fantastic. Its in the historic springs district and all of the house on the block are beautiful, they sit on a decent size property and the neighbors are very nice.
What makes this property unique
Our property is on almost an acre and sits in a very quiet dead end street. The pool is amazing and recently renovated and the hot tub fits about 8 ppl comfortably and is brand new.
