Maison - Sant'ambroggio - La Méditerranée au Bout de la Terrasse

The bungalow is located in the marina of Sant'Ambroggio between Île-Rousse and Calvi. It is semi-detached, not overlooked and facing the sea. <br><br>With an interior area of 45m2, designed to accommodate up to 6 people (maximum), the bungalow is air-conditioned and includes: <br>- a bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a second bedroom equipped with a bunk bed; <br>- a bathroom with a shower, a sink and a washing machine; <br>- a kitchenette equipped with a gas hob (2 burners), an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher; <br>- a living room with a sofa bed and a fridge-freezer; <br>- a double terrace without vis-à-vis overlooking the sea. <br><br>Additional equipment: <br>- a box (WIFI), <br>- a television, <br>- an electric barbecue<br>- a vacuum cleaner<br>- an ironing board and an iron. <br><br>Linen is provided (sheets, towels, gloves, tea towels and tablecloths) with the exception of beach towels.<br><br>Cleaning is extra (80&#8364;) if not done at the end of the stay.<br><br>Nearby: <br>- a port and shops (15 min walk)<br>- a public car park (150m away)<br><br>The minimum rental is one week, with arrival from 4pm and departure at 10am. We are flexible and open to any request for arrival or departure outside of these hours, subject to availability. <br><br>As part of the management of Corsica's natural resources, the water metre will be read on arrival. Water consumption must be reasonable. <br><br>We are at your disposal to answer all your questions and make your stay as pleasant as possible.
