Julie and Bill the owners are excellent people and very gracious. The Cabin was awesome. All rough cut saw mill wood. Very Clean and Cozy. The view from the cabins is breath taking. I would recommend to stay there. I will stay there again.
The place is super cleaned cozy with amazing views of the mountains. We had a cloudy sunrise but the sky was beautiful. Julie is a fantastic host. Lots of local knowledge and very friendly. Would and will be staying with her again!
Loved this place! Inside was a one-of-a-kind log furnished cabin. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. The view of the mountains and sunrise was perfect and it was a private spot still close to Greenville. We will keep in mind for future stays!

The entire cabin was handmade from raw lumber by the property owner and it was well done. Has a modern but rustic feel. Very much a New England vibe. We loved it! The hosts were also very friendly and accommodating!
My father and I stayed here for three nights. I really enjoyed staying here; the cabin was well-stocked, comfy, had an amazing view of some mountains, and isn't too far from moosehead lake. For the two of us there was plenty of space. The beds were a bit creaky, but this didn’t stop us from sleeping well. The owners are very friendly and quick to respond to texts. I would stay here again.

Cozy and Clean cabins in Shirley Town. You get up to amazing views of mountains and farms. Cabins are clean, can comfortably sleep 6 and have a bathroom. They have Air conditioner, kitchen and fridge. There is enough parking on property as well.Owner is very friendly and helpful.
I will come back to these cute cabins during fall.
I thought I was staying where there was a King bed and ended up with bunks. I was somewhat disappointed because I took guests there and wanted them to have a bigger bed. I wasn’t clear with Julie that I wanted that particular cabin.
Just wish they had larger frying pan AND a grill utensil to clean the grill (I don't like leaving a grill dirty) otherwise super cute and cozy for a long wknd.
If you enjoy a beautiful view comfortable and well equipped cabin then this is your place to stay. Went for a snowmobiling trip and Mother Nature didn’t cooperate but it didn’t take away from how nice the cabin was the owners take pride in their rentals and it shows I would stay with Bill and Julie again anytime they are very nice and pleasant people and were very accommodating and helpful the trip would’ve been a winner with a better winter but staying in a comfortable cabin made it that much easier to accept the horrible trail conditions
