Second time to rent this fabulous house. The absolute best location for football games, graduations..etc. The deck is wonderful and has the best views. Owners are so kind and very easy to communicate with. House has all the amenities and so well stocked. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful weekend attending a Razorback football game. Our Notre Dame guests were impressed by the property and Fayetteville overall. Wonderful, welcoming hosts and the location cannot be beat.

Great place to stay while we were visiting our son at the university on a game weekend. The house is beautiful and equipped with everything and anything you possibly need for your stay. The Host was fantastic and very easy to communicate with, making the weekend that much nicer. This home is a top pick in Fayetteville!

Graduation weekend

Wow what an amazing place to stay! The view is the best! The backyard and patio are perfect for everyone to gather and have a great time! We loved the location and view and will definitely be back to stay! I enjoyed the massage chair after a night on Dickson!

Amazing house and backyard right across the street from the stadium. Lisa is fantastic and this place would be great anytime, but the games at experience is incredible!

Fabulous home in the heart of U or Arkansas

This is a gorgeous home that puts you in the center of any action at the U of Ark. The back patio is fabulous for game day. The home is very comfortable with all the amenities. Can't wait for our next visit. The hosts were so easy to work with and communication was wonderful. Highly recommend this home!

House review

It was a great house that was super modern and right by the stadium. Was a fantastic house to tailgate as the walk to the stadium was less than 3 minutes. Couldn’t have asked for more accompanying owners of the house as they were super kind and super responsive. The house and the owners could not have been better.

Gameday Prime

Great house for game day in Fayetteville! Excellent patio for gameday or just hanging out in the evening. Home is well taken care of and we really enjoyed it. Owners are friendly and communicate well. The only knock is the morning sun in the master bedroom. If you are not an early riser beware, it's bright. The other 2 rooms are for the sleepers. Certainly not a negative about the house, just an FYI. The walk to the stadium is a breeze. We walked to Dickson, which is easier than parking over there. Would absolutely book again.
