This delightful 4 bedroom, 2 bath home, located on the popular East End of Holden Beach, is within walking distance to all of the island restaurants and nightlife, as well as the Holden Beach town park, tennis courts, splash pad and gazebo. Walk over to grab a slushie or some candy and join the crowd at the gazebo on Sunday evening for the free summer concerts under the bridge!

You will love the bright and cheerful open-concept living room/kitchen/dining area, complete with a queen size sleeper sofa (bed linens not provided for sleeper sofa), along with the convenience of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on this lower level. Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed with balcony access, and shares the full bathroom located on this level (tub/shower combo). Bedroom #2 is perfect for the kids, with 2 twin beds and shares the full bathroom located on this level (tub/shower combo). The full bathroom on the 1st level is complete with a stackable washer & dryer. The 2nd level offers a quiet sitting area with a desk and a comfy chair & ottoman for working or relaxing with a good book. On this 2nd level you will discover 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed and shares the full bathroom located on this level, complete with a walk-in shower (no tub). Bedroom #4 has a king size bed and shares the full bathroom located on this level, complete with a walk-in shower (no tub).

There is an HDTV in every bedroom and the first floor living room. Each is equipped with 2024 HD antenna that captures over 20 channels of OTA entertainment (ABC, CBS, NBC, PBS, FOX, CW, etc). In addition, there is fiber optic high speed internet available for streaming your favorite subscriptions, firestick or ROKU you can bring from home. The living room TV also has a DVD player.

You will have your toes in the sand in only a matter of minutes using the beach access just across the street. After your day on the beach, wash away the sand & sun in the enclosed outdoor shower, complete with hot & cold water. Rock your cares away on the covered front porch, while watching the ocean and listening to the sounds of the waves rolling in! Close to the beach, souvenir shops and grocery stores. Nice porch to view the beach and area. Very clean and kitchen has plenty of dishes, fry pans and silverware made our stay very enjoyable

Beautiful location

We loved this house. It’s in a perfect location just across the street from the ocean. You get the view and the location for a more affordable rate then ocean front. We had a wonderful start!

Best Location for beach and activity

This was a stay for 6 couples-all staying very comfortably. The house is perfect to lay your head with a nice deck. A little dated, but clean and so close to the beach! Everyone liked that it was a close walk to the restaurants and bars. All close early though so this should be noted for those that like a “nightlife”. We enjoyed our entire stay. Perfect for all ages of families! Thank you!!

If only the weagher cooperated!

Had a good time, house was fine. The weather was rainy and windy so didn't enjoy the beach much. But overeall was a great stay with the family. I do think the front door needs a shade or blinds. Thanks for sharing your home.
