Bad knees? No problem, for it is merely a few small steps into the front door. Easy, free, plentiful parking right in front and one carport space in the rear. You will find yourself on one of Ocean City’s most desirable, beautiful, owner-occupied streets.

Only five houses to one of Ocean City’s greatest beaches. Stroll to the beginning of the 2.5-mile boardwalk, or join the bikers on the bike path nearby. A block away is a family restaurant and ice cream parlor.

The gorgeously appointed kitchen finished in blue granite that features a lighted island. A white coral chandelier hangs over the dining room table while French doors onto the deck invite you to enjoy your morning coffee. Entertain with beautiful serving pieces that decorate the shelves and are left for your use. Washer and dryer are in a room off the kitchen.

The living room is a serene blue with white wainscoting and beautiful, original art hanging on the walls. Fresh flowers and palms compliment shell pillows. There is also a darling children’s’ corner. Leave the linens and towels at home because we have supplied them.

Three ample bedrooms have seashore and elegant island themes in colors of turquoise, pale yellow, coral and ocean green. Unique tile and glass bathrooms complete the scene.

Six beach tags are included for your use as is a private enclosed outside shower after a day of sun and sea. Cable and wireless connections are included. Lovely week in Ocean City

Our family had not yet attempted a full week down the shore but our experience was made delightful because of Molly’s home, her friendliness and our proximity to the beach. We had a great time despite the heat playing on the beach, enjoying miniature golf and ice cream every day. It’s a great place and convenient to the best parts of Ocean City.

This house is perfect! The location cannot be beat; 2 blocks from the beach, 5 blocks from a local deli and coffee shop. The house itself comfortably fit our group of 6, was well equipped with all the necessities, and had a lovely screened in porch which was great for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. The owners were extremely friendly and accommodating. They provided a quick overview of the property when we arrived and were kind enough to grant us access to some of their beach equipment. Cannot speak highly enough about this place. Will absolutely be returning!

Lovely stay!

We had a great time and it is just a short walk to the beach. It's a nice, quiet, relaxing beach place! The owners are lovely and very attentive. It's our third time staying here and we'll be back!

Great location and cute house

My teen daughter and I stayed for a long weekend, and really enjoyed our time. The house is very cozy and a great home away from home. Molly is very sweet and it’s clear she wants people to enjoy their stay. Also, it’s a great location - just a few short blocks from the beach!

Great shore vacation

It was great having kids toys, beach chairs wagons and pack and play on site. Also linens and towels were provided making for a hassle free experience. Molly was a great host!

Amazing Home and Hosts

We had a wonderful time at this property! The pictures do not demonstrate just how beautiful this place is. Molly and Jim were a joy to get to know, and my family and I look forward to seeing them again next summer. The location is perfect, and the home had everything we needed during our stay. We hated to leave, but will be back for sure!

Great stay in Ocean City

The Kelly's house is a short block and a half from the beach: perfect location. Clean and fully equipped and lots of extras. There are beach chairs, beach tags, umbrella's and bikes, check in and get right to the beach. Jim was a caring host making sure we found everything we needed and excellent recommendations for restaurants, pizza, and pastries!

Our Favorite Place!

We love Molly and Jim’s place, and we love Molly and Jim! This was our second trip here, and will not be our last. My 13 year old twins think of it as their “second home” and I suppose I do as well! The location is amazing, and the beautiful front porch was our go to hang out most evenings. I’ve been coming to Ocean City since I was born, and this rental is by far our favorite! We will be back as soon as we can!!

Great location , loveley owners

One and a half blocks from a gorgeous quiet beach, the house supplied what we needed and we really didn't need anything in the way of linens. I brought my own spices but there is an Acme close by so we could buy everything we needed. The town of Ocean City is so clean, friendly, and pretty, everyone is so welcoming. Molly and Jim were fabulous hosts, and Molly's iced tea in the fridge upon arrival was welcoming and delicious. The girls rented surf boards for the week and surfed off the beach almost every day.

Not as advertised.

Host was very nice, location was great. Other than that, totally not as advertised. The house was not clean, Fridge shelves with food smears and old lettuce leaf in the drawer. Sand in one of the beds. Floors were dirty and a dust/hair clump was on the kitchen table centerpiece. Kitchen very small and mediocre in supplies. 2 of the 4 ceiling fans didn't work and one of the outlets in a bedroom was missing a face plate - not kid safe. Bedrooms are tiny, barely room to move around the beds. The "deck" is a 2ft wide walkway along one side of the house. The shower in hall bath was missing a piece that made it leak on the floor. Trim is missing on a window in the front bedroom and leaked onto the floor during rainstorm. The instructions for guest request that they not only strip the beds (perfectly resonable) but that they make them up with clean sheets for the next guests. This is most likely what led to the sandy sheets. The host did come right down when we discovered the dirty fridge and sandy sheets. She swiped a sponge on the fridge shelf and did put new sheets on the bed. She also left gift certificates for our family to have a meal at the local pancake house. She also had the electrician come and repair the ceiling fans. He did not replace the missing faceplate on the outlet. In general, this property seems a bit neglected, not maintained well. The listing needs to be updated to reflect honest sizes of the space.

A beautiful oasis that will make you smile.

This is a gorgeous property! The attention to detail amazed us. From fresh flowers, a fire going and beautiful music awaiting our entry, we were so impressed. Jim and Molly were wonderful and a wealth of information for activities and history. Our only gripe is that we didn’t stay long enough but we’ll remedy that with another, longer stay!

Lovely 1st floor home away from home including a screened porch and big, new kitchen. Hosts were attentive and kind when we needed them, and otherwise gave us complete privacy.

Relaxing Stay at Coastal Cottage

We had a girlfriends (3 of us) get away at Coastal Cottage. The cottage is beautifully decorated and comfortable. It's located very close to the beach in a quiet residential part of OCNJ. We went in December so most restaurants and other businesses were closed which didn't matter to us since we cooked or got takeout from over the bridge. It has a nice kitchen and lots of dishes, utensils, etc. One of the bedrooms with the twin beds is quite small so it may have been challenging if there were two adults in that room but would be OK for small kids and was fine for one adult. The hosts couldn't have been any nicer -- welcoming and checked in with us to inquire if we needed anything. We normally wouldn't have come so late in the year but scheduling conflicts had us come in December. We'd come back but at a warmer time of the year.

An OCNJ Gem

We absolutely LOVED our stay here! The Kelly's were the best hosts! There are so many wonderful things to share about our time here....starting with fresh iced tea in the fridge upon arrival (after you've sat in traffic for hours, this is the BEST treat), beautiful and welcoming decor, linens/towels provided, quick walk to the beach and Kessel's, cozy front porch for morning coffee, easy check-in/check-out, and more! It was the perfect weekend getaway! We definitely hope to visit again soon!
