Truly a lovely place to getaway to. Clearly well taken care of and attended to. Spacious, clean, comfortable, and close to the beach entrance. The only issue we had was the handrail up the steps was a bit shaky.

My friend and I rented this property for a three day getaway. Unfortunately the weather was awful the entire three days. Restaurants and the boardwalk were open but the beach was not doable. However, this house was so perfect in every way that we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in spite of the weather. Lots of room. A beautiful kitchen and living room. The bathrooms were amazing and so clean. The beds were high quality and comfy. Would definitely rent this again.

Everything was great. Property was very clean. Only glitch we had was we couldn’t get the K cup side of the coffee pot to work. Other than that house was very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful second-floor home! The house was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated from top to bottom. Each of the four bedrooms was beautifully appointed, and the living room was incredibly comfortable—perfect for relaxing together after a day at the beach.The spacious kitchen had everything we needed, and the large dining room table was perfect for family meals and gathering together. The two brand-new bathrooms were gorgeous and added an extra level of comfort and convenience. We also loved having plenty of outdoor space to enjoy.And you truly can’t beat the location—it’s just steps from the beach! We had such a wonderful time and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We would absolutely love to return and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and convenient beach getaway!

I have been going to OC since I was a child and this was the closest I ever stayed to the beach. Being just steps away made our experience noticeably easier and more enjoyable. This house was beautiful and extremely clean. I have often found 2nd story house often don’t keep the kitchen. stocked as advertised, but this one has everything you need in terms of dishes and utensils. Great outdoor shower set up with privacy. I highly recommend!

Great Location

The location was great - it’s a very short walk to the beach. Also very close to the playground and to food (Randazzo, Sandwich Bar, Churn House are all nearby).
