Great location! Loved the free bus service on the island. Pool was perfect…part shade/part sun. Really appreciated the quality kitchen appliances and utensils. Comfy living room furniture. Quiet…we had a great week!

We arrived to a clean, spacious, newly renovated condo. The location was perfect for our needs. Close to the beach and walking distance to quite a few restaurants and bars. The pool and hot tub were clean and in excellent working condition. This was cozy comfortable place and would recommend to anyone planning on a trip to South Padre Island.

We enjoyed our visit to the island with a very comfortable stay! Thank you for stocking the home with towels, beach chairs and a cart to haul it all to the beach. The hot tub and pool were also very nice.

We enjoyed all the conveniences of the unit. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking. I have to say the washer/dryer was great. Really liked the location to the beach!!!!!! Cannot say enough about our host!

Great condo for our family vacation! Very closeto beach access. The closest beach access does not have a wash off station but there is a hose connected right outside of the front door that was very handy. There is also a rinse off station in the pool area. Even though we packed beach chairs, host had chairs on site to use for the beach as well as a few extra beach towels. Very thoughtful! Kitchen seemed pretty stacked with cooking supplies. Ice maker was very convenient to have for packing a beach cooler each day.

We highly recommend this property. The location on the island is fantastic! The parking was great. The kitchen is well stocked with silverware, glasses, plates, and even containers for leftovers. The property was very nicely decorated inside. We enjoyed many hours around the pool and hot tub in the back. Communication with the owner was easy, appropriate and thoughtful..
