New to the rental market in summer 2025: Blue Cottage has been fully updated and is ready for your NH beach vacation. Easy walk to Jenness Beach, the Carriage House, and Summer Sessions. Let the ocean sounds and breeze accompany drinks on the screened-in porch or lull you to sleep. Master bedroom and bath on the first floor along with a spacious living room (large TV and pull out couch) and kitchen with modern appliances. Second floor has three bedrooms (queen, full, two twins with trundle) and a second full bathroom. Brand new mini-split HVAC system. Sleeps 8-10. Laundry on site. Outdoor shower, fire pit, ample parking.

We've owned at Jenness Beach for over a decade and have fallen in love with this neighborhood. We love to walk the beach in the morning, trade waves with our neighbors and friends, and host everyone on our deck for dinner and drinks.
