Villa au Bord de la Lagune de Saint-cyprien

This villa, located in Saint-Cyprien on the peninsula of the Lagoon, is ideal for 8 people knowing that it is possible to add 2 other guests in a sofa bed. You will have at your disposal 4 bedrooms all equipped with an independent bathroom, a television, with a heated swimming pool and balneotherapy, direct access to the lagoon, a large terrace, a petanque court, a terrace for table tennis and an optical WiFi connection.

The living room is the perfect place to relax after a day in the sun. Curl up on the sofa to read a good book or take advantage of the amenities on offer, such as a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi.

You can prepare delicious recipes in the well-equipped kitchen, then enjoy them around the dining table for 8-10 guests or outside, on your terrace or in the garden. The house has a plancha to cook good local products.

The house has independent air conditioning in all rooms, a washing machine and cleaning products necessary for daily use...

The house has 4 bedrooms:

- Bedroom 1 on the ground floor with 1 bed 180 X 200 (100% latex mattress) with Italian shower room and glimpse of the sea... Only bedroom without television

- Bedroom 2 with 140x190 bed (Lavandou mattress - Pocket spring suspensions and organic ticking) with Italian shower room and a splendid view of the Canigou (famous mountain of the Pyrenees)

- Bedroom 3 with 180x200 bed (100% latex mattress) with Italian shower room and terrace with wicker sofa with sea and lagoon view and of course splendid sunrises....

- Bedroom 4 with 180X200 bed (100% latex mattress) with bathroom equipped with a bathtub and a bull's eye overlooking a breathtaking view of the sea and the lagoon...

The bed linen is new and is of very good quality...
- Respira mattress protectors, organic cotton and waterproof bamboo membrane.
- Simmons Hotel Collection pillows in percale and hollow fibre filling.
All made in France...

Towels and sheets are provided in the rental as well as household products (dishwasher tablets, washing-up products, non-exhaustive list...)

You can park on site and charge your electric car via a dedicated electrical socket (1.7kw)...

Pets are allowed but parties or group events are forbidden in order to preserve the calm in this paradisiacal place.
