Bright, modern and comfortable Non smoking basement apartment with separate entrance, 55 square meters, renovated in 2015:
divided into a combined living and bedroom (double bed) with seating and dining area, flat screen TV, radio and free Wi-Fi connection and a bunk room (2 single beds) with seating area; Fitted kitchen with stove (ceramic hob and oven), dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and crockery;
Bathroom with shower / WC and heated towel rail; Hall with wardrobe; in front of the apartment there is a vestibule with a smoking area and parking space for bicycles / stroller / skis; Use of garden with a small sun terrace and barbecue;
Free car parking at the house.
