Looking out the bedroom windows, you can see the Kohlmarkt and the activity surrounding the Löwenbräu restaurant, where regional dishes are served. This gives visitors a first impression of Wernigerode’s beautiful old town and warmly invites them to explore it. Additionally, the window front facing the inner courtyard—where the bathrooms and kitchens of the guest apartments are located—offers a wonderful view of Wernigerode Castle (except from the Rathaus holiday apartment). You’ll experience a particularly impressive panorama during summer evenings, when the castle is bathed in warm sunlight and emerges from the treetops of the coniferous forest.
