Perfect for our needs

We stayed at this property for Tough Mudder event at the airport in Rockford. Location was close. House was comfortable with showers and washer and dryer.

Cute and clean

House was clean, beds were good, bathroom clean and well stocked. Had a fan in the basement which I’m happy for hubby forgot his. Easy check in and out. Thank you for a nice weekend!

Retreating close to home

There was a bit of a mix up with the reservation in the beginning but the owner was very cooperative and responsive. The home was clean and very homey. Neighborhood was pretty quiet besides the Semi truck traffic. I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a mini staycation.

Walls are paper thin, neighbors are loud. Do not stay here if you work nights. Owner will ghost you should problems arise.

Never got to stay even though I had reservations since Jan25th

When I didn’t get my key information by Friday morning, the day I was supposed to arrive there. I sent an email to the owner. She said I’m sorry there was a problem with her calendar and the room got double booked. So I said you mean I don’t have a room for this weekend for my family. She said yes that’s correct so then I called her on the phone and I asked her what the problem was because just two days prior I had gotten a notice from her that she would soon be sending the information to enter the property again she said there was just an issue with the calendar , so if I didn’t call her Friday morning, I would’ve never known I didn’t have a room in my family would’ve been left out in the cold . Bad business.
