Surprisingly...

After all the negative reviews online, I was surprisingly relieved when we walked into our unit. We come for the beach, the views. Not the building. But it was Beautiful. I don't know where all the complainers stayed, but our unit was clean, well appointed, more than we could ask. So don't listen to the complainers.

Communication was poor. No phone number to call front desk. Coffee pot stopped working took all day to get new coffee pot. We were there for four days with nine people and only had four rolls of toilet paper. No beach towels one towel per person and not enough laundry soap to wash towels. Was not stocked with enough silverware,cups, plates,and glasses. Had to ask for dish soap and dishwasher soap. Just not well planned for nine people stay.

Satisfaction

Property was exactly as listed. Beautiful oceanfront view. Very spacious. Couch even pulled out into bed. The only issue we had was the toilet paper was very cheap. Also, no one ever replaced towels… although I am not sure if they we’re supposed to. Definitely would stay again. Wish the hotel had easier access to the beach but that was just because they had public parking near the beach entrance. Do not keep room keys near bank cards or phone because they will void every single time.
