We try to get this property every time we come to Spooky Nook for a tournament. Robert is the BEST. This apartment is perfectly sized - a little big for two people, a but cozy for four people. We love it both ways. The kitchen is clean and well stocked. The beds are super comfy. The laundry is essential and the machines are clean. We are coming back this summer because you could cartwheel to the Nook, it's so close. Thank you Robert!

My wife and I were here on a work trip. We are very familiar with the area, as we have had other VRBO rentals, in the past. Parking is basically for 1 vehicle, but if you have a small car, it will fit in the garage. The place was perfectly reviewed and spot-on! We will book this property again, if in the area!

Very cozy stay! The townhome had everything you need. Felt like home vs staying in a hotel. I loved how close and convenient it was to Spooky Nook. We were able to walk back and forth to our basketball games. Also the property wasn’t far from local dining as well! I would stay here again if we ever needed to go back for future games.

Apt was very nice. If the weather was nice it would have been good to walk to town. If you are involved with Spooky Nook it is right there.The only negative was that one of the nights the neighbors were loud.

This lovely little home was clean and well cared for. We were very comfortable with great beds, laundry and our own kitchen pre stocked with food. I will definitely come here again for our next tournament. The other parents were jealous of us for how close we were to the venue. Thanks!!!

The townhouse was very clean and felt cozy. There were bottled waters and snacks left which saved me for our first early morning of volleyball.The townhouse is closer to the entrance of the Spooky Nook Sports complex than 90% of the parking spaces in the parking lot. It was exactly a 3 minute walk from the townhouse to the front entrance. The owners were VERY prompt to respond to messages that I sent. I ended up with an injury just before my trip and was on crutches during this awful long span of snow and ice. The walkway was completely cleared of snow and had salt down as well. I had ZERO issues getting into and out of the home on my crutches.If we return to the same tournament next year, I will 100% book this same home. Everything was absolutely perfect, and the owners are extra patient and kind. They made what I expected to be a stressful and difficult weekend due to my injury, one of our favorite family sports weekends.Thanks so much!

I really liked this property. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. The house was stocked with necessities and the hosts even left sweet treats! The property was very clean and felt homey. I will say (this is out of the owners control but worth noting), we seemed to be close to a train station which was somewhat loud throughout the night so keep that in mind when booking if you are a light sleeper! However, I would definitely stay again.

PERFECT!

We loved our stay at this home! The hosts were so thoughtful, stocking the fridge with the most perfect essentials to keep a busy mom and teenage boys on track with snacks and caffeine :) We hit the tiniest of snags when the AC quit, but the hosts were kind, and quick, and everything was back running by the end of the day. We were in town for Miami orientation and move-in, and will definitely be back for next visit with kiddo.
