Old small duplex
NO BED - you must bring your own, inflatable, sleeping bag, whatever.
This is a low cost option for a 700 sq ft duplex all for yourself just 5 miles from downtown, 6.5 miles from ACL (Zilker park). Also a fenced-in yard all for yourself. If you really want to bring a pet let me know, I might for extra $.
NOT furnished, no furniture. It does have a fridge, microwave, stove, and oven.
Note this house is 80 years old and looks like it. It's not shiny clean like most the other places. But everything works. All issues are superficial, such as cracked tiles, kitchen cabinets look crappy, and other stuff. No leaks, AC works well.
