this house was complete renovated inside and out, there 3bebrooms and 2 bathrooms and it can host up to 10 guest at a time, the location is great because its located only 11 minutes away from the fort myers airport (RSW) and 10 minutes away from 3 of the bigest mall in the area like Gulf Coast Town Center, Miromar Outlets and Cocunut Point Mall, its not really closed to the beach but we are located only 28 minutes from the beach

We are in Florida There for there a lot bugs here, we ask that keep everything as clean as possible so no ants will get in the house
Trash and recycle are separated, the blue bin its only recycle( carboard, plastic and glass) only, everything else goes to the other bin
No paper in the toilet If toilet is plugged up and we need to call a plumber then the charges will apply to last people in the house

Nice place

nice place, only surprise was the sign about no toilet paper in the toilet. If you want people to put the TP in the wastebaskets, you would think you would provide liners for the wastebaskets.

Nice house

We enjoyed our stay at the house. Very convenient to stores and restaurants. A mile away from a heated community lap pool. Would be convenient to the Fort Myers beaches if they were open. They are still doing cleanup from the storm. We ended up going to Vanderbilt beach which was nice. Be sure to read the house rules. Evidently, the septic tank is finicky so no TP in the toilets. Goes in the trash can then outside trash bin. Trash can liners are provided. We had an A/C issue but the owner had it resolved in a reasonable amount of time.
