We had a wonderful stay at this home over New Year’s week and truly enjoyed our time here. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The master bedroom bed was incredibly soft and comfortable — we slept great every night.We did have a small ant issue in the master bathroom, but the owner was extremely responsive and took care of it right away, which we really appreciated and felt showed great attention to guests.The kitchen is well equipped and does include a coffee maker (traditional drip style). Everything we needed was provided, and the home felt well stocked and thoughtfully prepared.The only minor note is that the garage had a noticeable odor despite appearing very clean. Overall, this is a lovely property with a responsive host, and we would happily consider staying here again.

Perfect house if vacationing with a pet too.

Great location in south Fort Meyers, Easy in Easy out. Short distance to the Beaches, Supermarket, Dining, etc. Kelly was a wonderful host. Quit neighborhood.

Wonderful and comfortable home!!

Very convenient to shopping, dining, and beach. The house itself was immaculate and we surely enjoyed the pool table. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and dining in. We even barbecued a couple of times. The neighbors was very friendly and it was a very enjoyable stay.

This is a lovely, clean, spacious house in a very nice neighborhood. It is close to shopping and beach access. It is well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The only drawback was we found the furniture uncomfortable and there are some areas that need some TLC.

Suburban Fort Myers/Beach Accessible House

This is a great house managed by the most efficient and effective management I have experienced, having rented with VRBO around the world. We needed a house for several months to manage some issues within the area. This house was perfect: 3 great bedrooms; plenty of linens; fully equipped kitchen and very accessible to the entire region. Accessible pool for the neighborhood, in great condition. Couldn't have had a better experience!
