Impeccable 5 BR/4.5 BA/Recroom/Pool - Walk to Beach/Boardwalk! Gated Entry

This is a spacious, beautiful, impeccably maintained condominium/townhome located just off Rehoboth Avenue. We are the original owners of this home, purchased in 2009.

YES, we will provide a full refund if Delaware restrictions prohibit your access (e.g., pandemic travel restrictions).

The home is just eight blocks from the beach - a relaxing 15-20 minute walk or bike ride to all the shopping and restaurants of downtown Rehoboth and the acclaimed Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk. The condominium complex, Edgewater Park, fronts the Rehoboth-Lewes Canal. It is a 5 minute drive to premium outlet stores. (Delaware has no sales tax.) The new, four-mile Rehoboth-Lewes bike path is also nearby.

The gated condominium complex has a centrally located pool. There is a large playground/park area within a block and visible across the canal from the house's 3 balconies. There is also a water park within a 5 minute drive.

The home is four stories, 3200 square feet, perfect for a cozy gathering of families and friends, yet large enough to have some privacy too. Each floor has a balcony or patio with views of the Canal.

The fourth floor master is approx 800 square feet with a King size bed and a sitting area with a queen size pull out couch, a 37” HDTV, and a romantic fireplace. This room has a private balcony with a view of the ocean over the tops of the trees. The luxury bath has a Jacuzzi tub and separate full size stand-up shower.

On the third floor are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. 1) The second master has a Queen size bed, TV, private bathroom and private balcony. 2) our “Surfer” room has a queen size bed and TV and 3) the “Kids” room is set up with two sets of single bunks. Rooms 2 & 3 share a full bathroom.

On the entry level/first floor, we have a third master/5th bedroom with a private bathroom, a queen size bed, TV, and a sliding door out to the patio.

The living area and kitchen are on the second floor. This main level is an open floor plan with a well equipped kitchen, a large sectional couch, and a 46” TV mounted above the fireplace. There is a balcony off the living room with a grill (New Weber for 2019) and patio seating.

Also on the entry level, the garage is equipped with full size foosball table for rainy days or late nights. On this level there is also a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.

Electric Vehicle charging outlet (50 AMP) available in the garage for you convenience!

We provide internet access, TVs in 4 of the 5 bedrooms (none in the bunk bed room) with full HD cable service, and books, movies, games, and toys for the kids.

Please note, pillows and comforters are provided for all beds, but you will need to bring your own linens (towels and sheets).

Summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday, check-in at 4 p.m. and check-out at 11 am

The unit is exceptionally clean and well-equipped with everything you may need for a fun-filled, relaxing beach vacation.

Good location but needs a thorough cleaning and some updates

This property is ok but needs a thorough cleaning and could use some updates. It was missing little features like hooks on the back of the doors and no mirrors in the bedrooms. A second refrigerator in the garage would also make a big difference. The coffee table was extremely wobbly and there was not enough comfortable furniture in the main gathering area. The owner/manager was very responsive though and the location is good.

Great large home with a freat location

This house comfortably fit 4 couples and 2 young children with room to spare. We each had our own spot to hide away or to congregate together. The kitchen was well equiped, the pool was a huge hit with the kids, it was a quick drive to the beach (you could walk it, but with the kids and the gear we packed we opted to drive) and we hit 2 local bike trails right from the property every day. We will definitely be looking at this house for our vacation in 2024.

Amazing Rehoboth Townhome

We had an amazing stay at Darren’s property! The townhouse is huge with plenty of space for 3 families (6 adults and 4 young children). The house was clean and exactly as described in the listing . It was an easy walk to everything in Rehoboth. On future trips to Rehoboth, I will definitely be checking Darren’s availability!

We are a family of seven. The owners, Darren and Halee, live in Indiana. We have a son, Tristan, who is 27, another son, Joshua, who is 20, and three daughters, Addie, who is 19, Elliana who is 8 and Ivoree, who is 6. For work, Darren and Halee are both owners of boutique Financial Management software consulting companies called IntelliPoint, Inc and Oracon, Inc. respectively. When we're not working, we enjoy spending time with the kids, our extended family, going for walks, running, biking, swimming and traveling.

Why they chose this property

Having grown up on Cape Cod, Darren LOVES the beach and wanted a place fairly close to home. Halee vacationed in Cocoa Beach, FL as a child and can't get enough of the surf either! Rehoboth offers everything we were looking for to enjoy a wonderful summer vacation, or an off season long weekend with still plenty to do.

What makes this property unique

Having previously live outside of DC, we fell in love with Rehoboth for weekends and vacations. With our home in Rehoboth Beach, we love being able to walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We also enjoy the generous space of our condo beach home because it allows us to bring friends and family with us.
