Rent House Noirmoutier en l'Ile - L'Herbaudière - 5 bedrooms - sleeps 10

We are renting for the first time our 150 m2 family house, located in l'Herbaudière, in the commune of Noirmoutier-en-l'Île.
It is ideally located, on the high street that leads to the port. You can reach the port of l'Herbaudière and the beach of Les Lutins in 5 minutes on foot. The beaches of Luzeronde and Linière are 10 minutes away by bike.
At the port of l'Herbaudière, you will find, all year round: a café, a newsagent, a pharmacy, a mini-market. From March to November, you will also enjoy a bakery, many cafes and restaurants, various shops, a bike rental company, a market on Monday mornings.
A large free car park and a bus stop serving the island are located in front of the house.

The house has been recently renovated on the ground floor and outside.

On the ground floor, you will have:
- a large main room of 50 m2 including an entrance hall, a large living/dining room, an open kitchen with direct access to a courtyard/terrace. The kitchen is well equipped: oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge, induction hob, Nespresso machine and juicer...
- a toilet and laundry area (sink, washing machine, dryer, iron)
- a master bedroom with double bed 160*200 and shower room with direct access to courtyard/terrace and garden view.

On the ground floor you will find:
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90*200
- 1 bedroom with choice of 2 single beds 90*200 or double bed 180*200
- 2 large bedrooms each with 2 single beds 90*200
- 1 bathroom bath and toilet.

The outdoor area includes a landscaped courtyard with a wooden terrace of about 25 m2 (table, chairs, deckchairs and plancha) and a pleasant walled garden of about 250 m2, not overlooked.

Included: mattress pads, fitted sheets, tea towels / cleaning package / heating if needed / WIFI access
You will need to bring the rest of the household linen (pillowcases, duvet covers, towels and beach towels).
Weekly or long weekend rentals (minimum 4 nights).
