Modern, cozy, spacious and well thought out comfortable space. Walking distance to restaurants and an easy drive to Monticello, Ashlawn, numerous wineries, breweries and Carter’s Mountain Orchard. Easy communication with hosts that are available and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone wanting to enjoy this beautiful area!

Overall it was ok but what was depicted in description and pictures is not what we got.Upstairs was not available to us. We had the downstairs area which was adequate but not what I expected. The floor was concrete, kitchen table was an old sewing machine table. Old people like us need more table top space. It needed another towel rack and a shower safety bar. Owners were super nice but the place needed just a little more attention. Hope they make some improvements. Old neighborhood, friendly dogs and kids. Great area to visit.

The Belmont Flat was perfect for our stay. We were in town for the lacrosse championships. It was close to everything and a short drive to the VA campus. Worked out perfectly for us. The host is super friendly and helpful as well. I strongly recommend this house.

Matt was wonderful to work with! We had to change our dates last minute due to a quickly changing snow storm and he immediately was able to accommodate us. The location is great and the property adorable.

Valentines Getaway

Very nice place that was as exactly described. Enjoyed how close the place was to everything (Mall, Wineries, Breweries). Several restaurants within walking distance.

Perfect Location in Belmont

Very comfortable and convenient location in Belmont, which is walk-able to restaurants and downtown. We enjoyed our stay and it was very private and quiet. We would definitely stay again!

Great space for a weekend getaway. Very clean and close to everything. Quiet neighborhood and very cozy accommodations. Would definitely recommend to anyone as weekend stay.
