Great property for a home base while exploring the area! Spacious accommodations for a 1 bedroom. The bed was super comfortable. The parking right behind the building was so convenient. There is a flight of stairs up to the 2nd floor, so keep that in mind if that will be a problem for you. The decor was spot on!

Everything about the location was excellent. The only difficulty I encountered was during the check in process. The hyperlinks weren't in effect as a result of going through the intermediary Expedia (not the fault of the host).

Great Place to Stay

We were only here for a short stay, but the location is perfect. Very clean, very spacious, and right downtown close to everything. We would definitely stay here again for another weekend trip. Thanks!!

We loved this condo! Very clean, cozy, well-decorated, excellent location on pedestrian mall. Sofa bed is surprisingly comfortable as were the pillows and linens. Free parking is directly behind the beautiful building. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and shops. You can hear pedestrians talking and having fun but for us, it made our stay that much more fun. We would stay there again.

Great location.

Great location with lots of things to do around the property. Check in and parking very easy. A little noisy at night, but because of the great location. Very nice place overall.

Thank you so much for the feedback! We appreciate the review and yes, this home is on the Downtown Mall which is a very pedestrian area. We do provide a sound machine in the bedrooms for this reason. I'm glad that you were still able to enjoy your experience!

Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed a quick 2 night getaway after dropping our daughter off for soccer camp at UVA. The location of this property made it very easy to walk to a variety of places and enjoy all that Charlottesville has to offer. We would definitely stay there again.

Overall, the place was beautiful and very clean. The location and view was great! We only had a few issues: the communication with the property manager was a little confusing with the directions on where to park and when I asked I was told to refer to the email, also we didn’t know there was a wine experience included, and the fireplace didn’t work.

clean, cozy, (noisy due to location but to be expected in the urban area), not as much to do in the downtown mall as i would have expected but it was nice to be within walking distance of coffee, shops, food etc. Had a great weekend meeting up as mother/daughter and exploring the area.

Great location and apartment

This apartment is lovely. Fantastic location with great space and amenities. Once we parked, we never used the car again for the entire weekend: shops, restaurants, and activities all in one place.

Ideal location for a downtown stay!

Fantastic location, great for two couples! Check-in could be simpler. The fact that it’s a third party rental created confusion from the beginning.

Perfect location lovely decor

Property is clean and well decorated. The bed is super comfortable . Location is perfect. A couple coffee cups, a wine opener, a couple more towels, and a little more shampoo would have been much appreciated.
