Great location right on the beach! Well stocked kitchen appliances but honestly for 1.8k/night, my expectations are pretty straightforward: operable HVAC, exterior doors that work, no mold in the bathrooms, comfortable beds, and clean floors. We got one out of five with the clean floors.

Property was perfect for our group: plenty of room, great layout, well stocked with supplies needed, easy access to the beach. The host was an excellent communicator and very thoughtful, would definitely look to stay again.

This house has the most amazing views and beach access! The space is large and well stocked, with great common areas upstairs and downstairs where everyone can gather or have time to do their own thing.The beds were amazing! Very comfortable and the duvets were like fluffy clouds.The kitchen is well stocked and I was absolutely delighted with the electric kettles and coffee pots that were sparkling clean! Nothing worse than funky kettles, but not here!The extra downstairs refrigerator as an added food storage space was excellent.The marble counters were absolutely lovely.I would suggest bringing your own knives and frying pans, but that is the nature of vacation rentals. Not everyone treats cookware or knives with kindness when they stay in vacation rentals, but it's a small price to pay for peace of mind in the kitchen.The firepit area and beach front view made our stay epic! Also-- two sets of washers and dryers! Perfect. This house has something for everyone. The host was extremely kind and communicative, and the little touches to make us feel welcome made the trip wonderful.

Family vacation

Such a beautiful location with amazing views. We had lots of space to spread out and bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Nice stay

Perfect location right on the beach. Can’t beat the views. House was dated but clean and had plenty of room. Two dishwashers and two washer/dryers were so helpful for a large family gathering. Kitchen was very nicely equipped, we really enjoyed our stay.

Huge home on the beach

My family and extended family stayed for 6 nights and we had a great stay! The hot tub was incredible and so close to the ocean. The house was stocked very generously for the number of people we had and our length of stay. Tons of towels and ample other staples. It was in a great location. We were very pleased.

We loved our stay! The house had plenty of room for our large family group and we found the house to be very clean, well stocked and found everything in working order. The location on the beach was perfect. It was easy to access the beach or just enjoy the view from the yard, hot tub, deck and house. Joyce was easy to communicate with and she even messaged during our stay to see if everything was going well. We definitely hope to return again next summer!!

Great views and a great space for a larger family gathering. There is some minor issues with furniture and outdoor seating. But the location and space helps those stay minor issues. There is wifi issues. We had issues everyday. So if you are trying to work you will want a personal hotspot. Had to use our hotspots to watch TV. But again the location made these minor. Our grandchildren had a blast from the first day until the last one.

We loved our 1 week stay! The house is just steps from the beach which our family thoroughly enjoyed! The hot tub was a bonus! The house was clean and had all the amenities for an enjoyable stay! Thank you for our perfect family reunion!
