Can’t say enough about how great the place is! The hosts obviously care very much about the experience and it shows in every part of the house! Such a fun place to hang out for a few days.Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at Cody & Jenesa’s Beach home! Cody was an exceptional host, very responsive and paid attention to detail which made our stay great. My family and I enjoyed spectacular sunsets and the view of the beach was outstanding. It was perfect! I’d highly recommend the Rockview Beach house as a place to enjoy, relax and have fun.

Phenomenal, clean, luxurious, gorgeous home! Location is breathtaking, quiet, perfect. Hosts are gracious, welcoming, and thoughtful. We were provided or had access to absolutely everything we needed. Our stay was extraordinarily comfortable and made effortless. Incredible accommodations and hospitality for a large family and the arcade games were so fun and enjoyed by the entire family. Highly recommended, we certainly hope to revisit!

If I could give 20 stars for this place I would! What an incredible experience we had at this house! Our kids and the adults loved the game room! The kitchen was well stocked and well equipped to host or do anything you want. The espresso machine stocked with a variety of types was amazing and such a treat. The automatic toilets, heated floors, fireplace, karaoke machine, central music speaker system and spectacular views. The hosts were over the top with home made chocolate cookies to greet us with, s’mores stuff ready, a gift and kite to fly and a treasure hunt with awesome gifts for our kids to take home. I was floored, impressed and greatly enjoyed the blessing of staying at west rock. We fell asleep to the sound of the ocean each night. The owner himself was there and showed us around and was very easy to get ahold of. This is an incredible place to stay and you will enjoy it!

First thing I have to say about this house is that it completely knocked our socks off when we walked in the front door! I really can't say enough great things about this house and the hosts, Cody and Jenesa. They were very attentive, without being "helicoptor parents." Not only did they provide us with some wonderful snacks/beverages when we arrived, but we really appreciated all the little touches to make us feel welcome. As for the house itself, it was super clean, the bedrooms are very comfortable, and the kitchen was a joy to use. The bathrooms are all amazing - the heated toilets after swimming in the cold sea water are a plus! We had our 10-month-old grandson with us, and we had everything we needed to make his stay more home-like, such as the crib and baby gate. The beach access was easy just by walking over to the rock stairway one house over. One thing to note is that you will need to climb a few steps to get in/out of the house, so for our 81-year-old mom it took some time, but once she was upstairs, she was very comfortable. We spent an obscene amount of time in the arcade and had a ton of fun. Honestly, the arcade was one of the selling points when we were looking for a house, and it didn't disappoint! Rockaway Beach is a cute little town with a few shops and some good restaurants (we enjoyed Bravo's for a family meal in town). Thank you, Cody and Janesa for a great stay! Would recommend over and over again!

Everything was fantastic about this property. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful! The location is fantastic. The view is absolutely fantastic as was the property! The house was spotless and was the best equipped rental home we have ever stayed in. Anything and everything you could even want, and of the highest quality, was available for the stay. Could not ask for anything more. Perfect property for a wonderful family get away! Highest recommendation possible for this home.

This house is exceptional! The house was so clean, it felt like we were the first ones ever to be there.The views of the ocean are breathtaking from the living room windows, the kitchen is so well stocked, you want for nothing, the bedrooms are so comfortable and inviting, bathrooms are out of this world, the game room was a BIG hit with everyone and to walk out the back door and be on the beach was fantastic. The hosts: Cody and Jenesa, were incredible easy to communicate with, there were welcoming gifts for us, they had special surprises for the kids in the game room and even had the fire pit and smores ready to go. You can tell they put their heart and soul into their place and it shows. Our family had the best week ever and we all agreed we would come back to this house again.

Exceeded expectations

This house and stay exceeded all of our expectations. It was in all the small extra touches that added so much value to our stay. Family was in tears leaving because of all the beautiful memories we made here. Cannot wait to come back!

Family vacation on the coast

What an excellent property. Our three combined families of eleven could not have found a better home and location for our family get away. The property is beautiful and provides amenities beyond comparison. We enjoyed playing arcade games, flying kites, and beautiful walks on the beach.

Best ever discovery.

We are happy grandparents who spent time with their grandkids and their parents. This is the PERFECT home for it. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of everything. It is gorgeous, clean and in the best location on the beach. Oh, and that arcade room is to die for!!!

This is hands down one of the most stunning homes you'll ever stay in. The attention to literally every detail is unbelievable. Pure luxury awaits you. The arcade room will not disappoint either. The only word that can describe the hosts and the property is outstanding!!! Right on the beach. Over the top home with every appliance you could ever want. Very comfortable beds. Wood firepit. Small but wonderful hot tub. Did I mention the game room? It was hilarious watching 60 year olds playing Guitar Hero. I highly recommend!!

They thought of everything!

This is the most incredible rental. The owners put a lot of time and effort into this rental and it makes the stay amazing! Wow! We were all already thinking of who we could bring back to stay again. It is a great place for adults & for families!
