The newly installed front lawn provides plenty of space for lawn games like cornhole or simply relaxing outside.

Hi and welcome to The Cabin! I bought this so my kids and grandkids can enjoy being so close to the beach. I also have another 4 bedroom beach house that has a private beach (gatecode required) in the Bid A Wee area of PCB if a larger home is needed. I'd love to hear from you. Thank you for looking! Why they chose this property

Why pay a lot more $$$$ to have a house on the sand when you can stay right across the street and have the same gorgeous sunset views? Enjoy everything PCB has to offer! Dolphin tours are the best! Swimming with them in the Gulf? Amazing! Laguna Beach is west end Panama City Beach. Close to Carousel Market (walk right down Front Beach Rd). And, of course, Thomas Donuts (now offering full breakfasts, lunches and pizza, desserts). We are right across the street from Thomas Donuts on Front Beach Rd with dedicated beach-nothing blocks the view!

There aren't a lot of beach houses that have unobstructed views. And.. you have Thomas Donut SnackShack right there too! Win-Win! Happy guests are the BEST and that's my goal-always! Thank you!
