About this property

Santa Rosina, a Beachfront Cottage and legacy of Old Florida!

This family oriented cottage is located on the beautiful beaches of the Gulf. A step out the porch door puts you on your way to a day of sun, fun, and the clearest waters ever. The glass enclosed sleeping porch sleeps four and is perfect for the children of the family.

This is truly a beachfront cottage. Two flights of stairs, shown in the photos end at the beach - which is perfect for beach combing and long walks!

Our cottage is available for rental Spring through Fall (March 15 - November 15).

A legacy from Old Florida, the property is close to Carillon Beach and Inlet Beach. It is a relaxing location, but near to many area attractions for those who like a more active pace. Even though you're at the quiet end of Panama City Beach you're still close to many restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, biking, hiking, not to mention all the water fun on the gulf. To the west you're only a short drive to Scenic 30-A, home to many upscale shops and restaurants. Going east takes you to the fun spots of Panama City Beach including Pier Park for movies, restaurants and shopping. Bay Breeze Bait & Tackle is located 1.0 mile from the cottage, on Back Beach Road. Bay Breeze Adventures, Bait & Tackle can help with fishing trips and rents kayaks and paddleboards.

If you like the old Florida feel like staying at your grandma’s beach house then you will love it. It fills like you are at summer camp! No frills, window AC units that keep the place plenty cool. Great view of the beach/water from the back porch. No highrise condos close by so the beach is not so crowded.

My daughter and I often meet here. Ive also stayed here with friends. I think I've rented it about 5 times. Right on the beach! Great place. We like it better than a condo.

Highly recommend staying here! Being directly on the beach was wonderful! The back deck and view of the beach is perfect! The cottage is old but is very comfy and roomy and was perfect for us since we spend most of the day on the beach. Comfy bed and very quiet area. Nice breakfast/lunch cafe directly across the street also! Well stocked kitchen and Weber grill was great for staying in and cooking. Will definitely stay again next summer.

Absolutely loved our time. The cottage is quaint and dated which we found charming. The beach views from the back porch are unbeatable! Communication was quick and super easy with the hosts. Convenient to all local attractions and restaurants but also quiet and out of the busyness of tourists which we loved. Highly recommend!

Great Vacation

This property is exactly as described. There is nothing fancy about the property but if you are looking for a little nostalgia then this is the cottage to rent. The beds are comfortable annd the kitchen is equipped with a good supply of dishes. THere are ample chairs to enjoy the porch and even some to take to the beach.

I booked this rental specifically for the deck and the beach access. It was so relaxing, calm and not crowded beach. Everything I was looking for. The only regret was no washer and dryer in rental. Otherwise a perfect spot.

This is my favorite place to stay. I’ve rented many times. NOT fancy but close to the water , great deck and screen porch. The kitchen is well equipped. This part of the beach is never crowded. The owner is so easy to communicate with. Enjoy!

Great Beachfront House

This little house is perfect. Plenty of space for us and our 3 kids with a couple of beds to spare. There’s no substitute for being right on the beach. Much more spacious and private than any condo anywhere near this price range. I love the quiet and calm Sunnyside location. This section of beach was never crowded even though it was 4th of July weekend. Highly recommended. We will stay here again.
