Amazing property in a stunning location with views down to the Dordogne and across the valley to Domme.Lovely spaces inside and outside the property. We were all adults but I would be nervous staying there with younger children due to the drops outside and also some of the interior spaces. Loved the table tennis room and the cinema room downstairs during thunder storms. The listing suggests ‘premium’ bedding which is not correct, just standard synthetic pillows and duvets. The beds were not made on arrival which given the cost of the property was disappointing and also the duvet covers did not fit the duvets (which they would know if the beds had been made). On reporting this to the property management company I was told that they were a standard size and no one else had complained however three rooms have super king duvets and the linens were king size. Reported this twice but no contact or any concern whatsoever from the agency. We had the house for 9 days. No change of linens or cleaning offered during the stay. There were two bottles of wine on arrival but no other welcome pack as other agencies tend to provide with some bread, butter, pasta etc. to get you through the first evening. So amazing, beautiful house and location but the property management company do the minimum possible.
