On top of how beautiful the cabin is the balcony has a great view. The house is centrally located and is an overall amazing spot to enjoy the near towns and nature. The owners were also very accommodating during the winter weather and insured that we were safe. You can’t go wrong with booking this cabin!!
This was a 5++ stay! Everything you need in a property and very modern! Hope we get to stay again! Host very responsive and lovely to connect with!!! MJ and Norm
We enjoyed our stay at this rental. It was in a nice location and we appreciated the various places to sit outdoors. Having a bigger car was definitely helpful for the gravel road up to the place. The location is great, with multiple hiking spots easily drivable from the property. Waking up to the cool mountain air in the mornings was a magnificent relief from the summer heat elsewhere in the South.
Very new apartment tucked away in a quiet neighborhood!
It was easy to find and Amy was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions. She gave us updates on the weather and road conditions. We went durning a snow event.
Great stay! Host was very responsive and helpful. The weather was snow and ice and host showed concern for safety and communicated very well to not only ensure a great stay (we did not end up losing power) but safe travels to and from! Would love to stay here again.
I wanted to experience fall for the first time and I love being remote to the craziness but still close enough to everything and this place was spot on. The property is beautiful, quiet and the property owner was so nice and helpful.
I had doubts driving down the little, narrow gravel road and passing the homes the in the area. BUT all those doubts vanished when we entered the apartment. The apartment smells of wood, which we both loved. Everything was very new feeling and clean. I enjoyed the peace of being away from the road and noises, but it was still just a short drive from all the attractions we wanted to see. I would stay again, it was a perfect weekend getaway for us!
My wife and I rented this property looking for a quiet, weekend getaway to celebrate her birthday. We could not have picked a better place! We loved waking up to the skylight and enjoying the fresh morning air out on the patio. Our stay, including finding the place, was such a breeze that we never needed to contact the owners, but if we did, all of their contact information is listed out for you. We will definitely be looking for this listing on our next trip to Boone!
We were very happy with the rental. It was close to Grandfather Mountain and other hiking spots. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was comfortable. We had a family of deer visit every morning. I
No complaints what so ever. The house was beautiful, location was amazing, and communication was great! Will definitely be booking again when we come back!
My son and I stayed for a weekend ski trip to Sugar Mountain. The apartment very comfortable and well-appointed - the combo living room/kitchen is a great place to make dinner and chill out while watching Netflix. You’re only minutes away from Boone and the slopes. Amy was a great host.
