About this property

Stylishly Decorated and Newly Remodeled Beachside Getaway

Welcome to our home away from home located only a few steps away from the sugary white sands and emerald waters of Orange Beach. Romar Beach is a newly renovated smoke free beachfront complex with a family-oriented atmosphere consisting of only 48 units. Located next to the stairs and a brief walk away from the elevator, this is a first floor unit above the parking area. Guests can enjoy access to a fenced in outdoor saltwater pool with restrooms, outdoor shower and beautiful new Garapa wood sundeck with sunshades.

After a fun filled day under the Gulf coast sun, treat yourself to one of our nearby restaurants or enjoy our well-equipped kitchen that includes a bar top seating area for four and a table for two that is ready for you to prepare your favorite recipes, or you can grab a variety of your favorite fresh catch of the day from Lartigue's Original Fresh Seafood Market located directly across the street. You can also take advantage of the grilling/picnic area provided for the guests of Romar Beach Condominiums only.
No matter what you decide to do for dinner, your evenings can be spent relaxing on the private furnished balcony with your favorite book and beverage.

The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed and private bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed, comfortable for a second couple or children and adjoining bathroom. Both bathrooms have comfort height toilets. The living area also has a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The condo is fully equipped with linens, towels (no beach towels) and fully appointed with all the basics and some of the extras not normally found in vacation rentals including games, books and movies.

The condo is conveniently located to the 6,500 acre Gulf Shores State Park, championship golf courses, grocery stores, outlet and boutique shopping (Wharf), restaurants, water/amusement parks (OWA), charter boat fishing, marinas, arcades and more. All the attractions you need for a memorable vacation!

If you are going to need a 2nd parking pass we will have to know this before your 1st payment is made.
If any of the complex rules are broken you may be ask to leave immediately with no refund. PARKING PASS MUST BE FILLED OUT CORRECTLY AND IN WINDOW. CARS WILL BE TOWED AT CAR OWNERS EXPENSE IF PASS ISN'T FILLED OUT CORRECTLY AND IN CAR WINDOW.
So, Please make sure the pass is fully visible in your vehicle during the duration of your stay. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Must be 25 years old to rent. Maximum occupancy is 6 person.

Girls trip to beach ( ages 1-56). Great location on the beach. Park under the condos. Easy walk to beach and pool. Beach service is available. Condo is a little dated but worked perfect for our group. We brought our own pack'n play for the baby. Kitchen well equipped. would stay again.

The condo was very nice. It had all the amenities you needed. The beach access was perfect. Covered parking was great. Close to all kinds of restaurants and shops. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. Would definitely go back. One of the best locations I have ever been. Wonderful vacation.

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. We had all the linens and utensils we needed for both bathrooms and bedrooms. The faucet in the master bedroom shower was very difficult to get the hot water to come out on occasion probably just an adjustment needed. The pool was clean and nice we did use the barbecue grills and it has easy access to the beach. This particular condo was one of the ones closest to the street. So on occasion you could hear a loud vehicle go by. Overall I would recommend for anyone even people with children.

We had a wonderful time as a family staying at this beachside property! The check-in process was very easy and that is what we hoped for after an 8 hour drive. When we walked into the condo everything was perfect! The condo was nicely decorated, really clean, neat & tidy! We felt welcomed inside this really nice home. The walk to the beach literally took only a few minutes and the beach was amazing & beautiful! You can find anything you could want to eat around you or within a very short distance. You will find lots of shopping all around this area. This was a wonderful place all around, for our family to stay, relax & have fun! We would highly recommend kicking the sand off your shoes & staying a while!!

First time to Orange Beach and it was great! The condo is nicely updated and clean! Condo had everything we needed-plenty of room for our family of 5, comfy beds, washer and dryer! Short walk to the beach! Small complex so beach wasn’t crowded like at other complexes. We rented chairs on the beach so we didn’t have to worry with getting a spot or setting them up. Was perfect! Loved walking to the state park too! We grabbed food at the steam place across the street a couple times, was great and convenient! Close to restaurants and the grocery store! The owners were very responsive and kind! We had a unique booking situation and they were incredibly helpful. Would definitely book again!

Mother/daughter trip

Nice 2bed/2 bath condo for me and my 2 teenage daughters. We had everything we needed with a quick walk to the beach. Only thing I would have wanted was a view of the beach and not the street but other than that it was a perfect stay. I would definitely book again!

Great family condo

My family and I stayed here for a last summer trip before school starts. The condo was all up to date and very clean. Great, quick access to the beach and pool. Other reviews stated that it’s the furthest from the pool but it’s literally a 1 minute walk. Everyone else at the condo was also very friendly. We loved it and would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing stay at this condo! It was perfect for our 2 small families! The location is great because you’re close to everything. We only traveled a few miles each day for dinner and enjoyed the pier daily. The condo was very clean and well stocked! Will definitely stay here again! Owner is also very responsive and answered any question I had!

Pros and Cons

Pros: Very clean and enough dishwasher and laundry soap to get you started. Private beach and on the first floor. AC was COLD (the way my husband likes it) and great communication with the owners. Cons: Small - even though there is a pull out couch, using it be TIGHT. No beach towels so pack some. Told beach chairs provided - not told at cost so pack them, buy them, or you will rent them at a pretty penny. We were farthest from the beach and no view of ocean. No elevators so get a bottom floor. Overall a great experience and we loved our first visit to Orange Beach.

My family of four had the best time! The condo was perfect for us—very clean, well-decorated, and great location. Lartigue’s, right across the road, is our favorite take-out place! We did miss a good balcony view, but for the price, we didn’t mind too much! Recommend!

Clean and away from the crowds.
