With a king bed, a queen sleeper sofa, a one-of-a-kind convertible sunroom balcony, a moveable privacy screen, granite kitchen, dishwasher, and keyless contactless check-in, this studio is loaded with thoughtful features that make it one of the most distinctive units in the complex for a group of up to 4.



On-site amenities include two pickleball courts (tennis courts temporarily closed while the club undergoes renovations). Please note: some restoration work on building walkways & stairways, grounds, landscaping & sidewalks are ongoing — occasional daytime construction noise is possible.



THE SPACE



This fully tiled, 500 sq ft open-concept studio flows comfortably from the kitchen through the dining and living areas and into the sleeping space, with the 10th floor eastern-facing balcony serving as its most unique feature.



The balcony has been fitted with sliding doors that can be fully closed to create a warm, enclosed sunroom during cooler months — or opened wide to let in the fresh Gulf air when the weather is perfect. Fully screened and versatile, it's a feature you simply won't find in most units at this complex.



The living area features a queen sleeper sofa, accent chairs, and a wall-mounted TV with cable, with the sliding glass doors leading directly to that exceptional balcony.



A three-panel moveable privacy screen partially divides the living and sleeping areas, giving guests the flexibility to open the space up or create real separation as needed. The king-size bed, freshly made for arrival, has a view of the living area TV when the screen is open — a cozy touch for lazy mornings. A ceiling fan and a walk-in closet with built-ins complete the sleeping space.



The bathroom features a large walk-in shower.



The granite kitchen is well-equipped with a smooth-surface cooktop, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher, plus cookware, dishes, glasses, silverware, and basic small appliances. Please note this unit does not have a conventional oven — the smooth-surface cooktop handles stovetop cooking.
