Located in the small village called La Coindrie in the town of Saint Pierre d'Oléron, in a quiet area, two minutes walk from the cycle paths, 5 minutes by car from the market and shops. Our villa is in the centre of the island, easy to access to discover the Ile d'Oléron.

We are pleased to share with you our typical villa with top-of-the-range services and neat decorations. This house is comfortable and peaceful.

This house is entirely open to the garden and the heated swimming pool with secure shutter surrounded by a large terrace and a courtyard for those looking for shade for lunchtime.

This villa consists on the ground floor of a large kitchen open to the dining room, a living room and 2 master suites with their bathrooms. Upstairs, you will find a play/reading area for children and two other bedrooms each with shower room and dressing room.

This 240 m2 villa can accommodate up to 8 people maximum.

The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a piano (gas stove and oven), a dishwasher, sink, Coffee machine, teapot, toaster, juicer, food processor. It is very well equipped and accessorized.

Pets are not allowed.

Linen is provided (sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels). A cleaning fee of 170 euros is required on arrival.

Rates vary depending on the season: High season between 3395 euros and 3605 euros. The tourist tax is to be calculated at the time of booking, it is applicable throughout the year. The amount of the security deposit is 2000 euros and a certificate of civil third-party insurance will be required.
