My family had the best time at this rental!! The house was clean and well appointed. The pool was beautiful and the backyard felt very secluded. The grassy area was perfect for our dog and the fact that it was fenced made for a much more relaxing vacation. We would 100% book again!!

The property was beautiful and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Pool was great everyone enjoyed it. The host was wonderful. We had issue with sink and she responded immediately and it was fixed In a couple hours.

Everything was as described. The hosts were easy to communicate with. The house is spacious and comfortable. Every we could think of needing was in the kitchen from blender to crock pot. The pool had plenty of room and heating it at this time of year was well worth it. Can’t wait to stay again.

Carol is a fantastic host with a beautiful house

The location, house set up, big pool, easy walk to the beach. Everything about this was wonderful. We had a fantastic relaxing week at six N. Live Oak.Thank you for being a great host Carol. Hope to stay there again next year.

Summer Fun

Had a great stay. Pool and yard were outstanding, Easy walk to the beach, easy bike to anywhere in Sea Pines. Lots of room to spread out but all one level which was awesome. Hope to be back soon.

Beautiful house and property!

We came with our kids and dog for spring break, and the photos do not do the property justice. The yard, pool, and views were spectacular. Live Oak Road is beautiful and peaceful; very little traffic. The house has lots of space and everything we needed for a wonderful week! Would love to come back.

Perfect HH Vacation House

Lots of room! Very clean and well equipped. We loved the grand entrance and open living and kitchen areas. The views from the inside to the pool and the golf course beyond are beautiful. The whole family spent many hours in the large pool and spa. My son liked taking photos of a resident eagle near the house. We loved the easy access to the beach. Great location.

Beautiful Sea Pines Home with pool in Private Neighborhood

Great home for multiple families with two master suites, two other bedrooms and modern kitchen. Well kept, well supplied, great decor and large living spaces. Pool with fenced in yard overlooking golf course. Owners, attentive and pleasant to deal with.

Great place to stay in Sea Pines

This was an exceptionally well-equipped property, everything we needed was in the kitchen. 4 bedrooms for the family, and lots of sitting areas to each have our own space at times. It was especially nice to spend some time reading at night in the front den. Walking distance from the Golf Club and Beach Club (I walked back after a round of golf) and easy to rent a bike and go all over Sea Pines. We look forward to returning some day.

Great .

Everything about our stay was great . I brought my kids and 2 friends along between 13 and 18. The house had plenty of room for all 8 of us. The pool area was fantastic. The kids and I got a pass to fish in sea pines and the lagoons around the house kept us busy fishing. Short bike ride to the beach . Overall a great and relaxing stay . Very close to everything yet in a very quiet area

Spring break

It was a very clean property but definitely dated. The beds weren’t very comfortable. There is a neighbor who’s extra for sure. Lights must be turned off by 10 pm because of the neighbors. We had family coming in late about 11 pm and had to leave lights on because it’s super dark. Of course the neighbor tracked us down next day to comment about it. OMG! Otherwise Carol is a fabulous host!

Sea Pines is a family oriented community shared by full & part time residents plus vacationers. It became important to have Community Rules, lights out by 10.00 are one of them. I make it clear in my letter to all guests that my personal exception to this rule is when arriving late or for doggy walks. This guest did receive this letter. Mattresses are subjective, choices are difficult to suit everyone, so my mattress shop advises on what they feel are the best to purchase. This home unique in design, open & updated, furnished to our taste and rented throughout the year, frequently by repeat guests, when we are not there ourselves.

Perfect week on HHI

The house has a wonderful pool area and is about a 15 minute walk to the beach. We loved how bright and open the house was with a beautiful view of the golf course. Working with Carol throughout the rental process was a pleasure.

Gorgeous home in HHI

We loved staying at Live Oak so much, and the single level was much appreciated, that we are going to reserve another property from Carol in 2023. The house was the best equipped, cared for, cleaned house we have rented in YEARS. So impressed with the beach toys, games, amenities, including the variety and amount of cooking utensils! (Amazing) “connected tv”, combined it was all so essential to allowing EVERYONE, from 8-69, to relax. The heated pool and spa overlooked the gorgeous fairway and just added to the sense of tranquility. The trees added some crucial shade even though it was quite hot, as expected. It made all the difference. Recommend everyone consider this property for their vacation needs.

First Vacation in Hilton Head

The home was amazing. It looks better in person and is very large and open. The pool and patio were great to hang out at all day and the beach is a short walk/bike ride. Carol was quick to answer any questions prior to our stay and they had everything taken care of by the time we arrived. It was nice having our 2 dogs with us. Will definitely stay at one of their properties again!

Live Oak House

We had a wonderful stay in this home. The house is well laid out, beautifully decorated and has everything you could need. The neighborhood is quiet and yet close to everything. Beautiful Hilton Head

This was our first time in Hilton Head. Carol and Gary were first-class hosts from the moment we booked it in March of 2021 till we arrived for the month of February 2022. We will be back!

This house was exactly what we hoped it would be. It was large enough for our family to spread out yet all be together. The pool was fantastic and where we spent most of our time. Although we ate dinners out the kitchen was spacious and looked to have everything you would need. We are already looking to book again next year. I also want to mention Carol the owner was extremely responsive and responded quickly to any questions. Her letters she sends before you arrive are thorough and leave very little if anything unanswered. She was wonderful.

Nice Place Great Location

This was our annual family trip to HHI and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!! Perfect quiet location with a very nice pool for when the beach is too much. It was a quick 3 minute walk to the beach from the house. Very dog friendly with tile and brick floors everywhere except to bedroom. We will definitely stay here again!! Thank you Carol and Gary!!

Wonderful Home, 5 minute walk to the Beach. Great location - golf course in the back, creek in the front. Very Dog Friendly! Owners were great - very easy to communicate with. Plenty of Space!! Would recommend
