The apartment is located in the Résidence des Voiles Bleues on Boulevard Frédéric Garnier, ideally situated in a quiet, central location. The approximately 27 m² unit is on the 3rd floor of the building, which has an lift, and can accommodate up to 3 people. You can enjoy the ocean view from the sofa and the balcony. A bike storage area is available. Free street parking is available right in front of the building and on adjacent streets.
In the entryway, there is a closet where you can store your belongings. Opposite the entryway is a sleeping area for one person (90-cm bed).
Across from this sleeping area is the bathroom (shower) with a toilet, single sink, towel warmer, and hair dryer.

The kitchenette is fully equipped (top-mounted refrigerator with freezer, combination microwave-oven, kettle, Nespresso and filter coffee makers, induction cooktop, toaster). You’ll find a high table with stools. This room opens onto the living area, which features a comfortable full-size sofa bed (140 cm wide, sleeps 2). Board games are available on-site, along with a TV, but NO INTERNET.
From the sofa, you’ll have a view of the sea. The living room opens onto the balcony, where you can fully enjoy the sea view thanks to the table and two chairs. A sun lounger is available.
The area is right next to city centre; during the summer, the Grande Conche beach hosts Club Mickey, which delights both children and parents (for more information, contact the Royan City Hall).
You can park your car for free in the spaces in front of and around the property. It’s easy to walk to the Royan market.
You can park your bikes in the bike storage room.
Linens are not included in the price but can be provided upon request for an additional fee, as can made-up beds. Duvets and pillows are provided
NO INTERNET; pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside the property
Noise disturbances at night may result in intervention by law enforcement. Residence rules require quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
