Pleasant T2 of 53m2 two minutes walk from the beach.

Bedroom with double bed, sofa bed in the living room, separate and equipped kitchen: oven, microwave and dishwasher, terrace of 10m2 with garden furniture, bathroom and separate toilet.

Bus stop at the foot of the residence (ridge: plage des minimes) 10 minutes from the train station and the old port. Velib (city bike) and a sea bus (it takes you directly to the old port, be careful it is longer than the bus but is still very pleasant).

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Le logement est idéalement situé à 5 minutes à pied de la plage des Minimes et 25 min du vieux Port. Toutes les conditions étaient réunies pour passer de très belles vacances reposantes.

Appartement spacieux, calme et idéalement situé mais qui mériterait quelques travaux de remise à neuf (électricité, canapé, meubles, etc), davantage d’équipements (vaisselle, plats, essoreuse à salade etc) et un ménage en profondeur (portes sales, sols). Hôte disponible et réactive.
